A Letter From Our CEO

To Our FMS Bank Community,

What a year.

Whoever thought we’d encourage people to wear masks in the bank? Or face so many unexpected challenges, both as an organization and in our communities?

It was, however, a year of unexpected opportunities as well, and FMS Bank made the most of them.

We set an internal record for the number of loans we originated, helping more of our neighbors start or grow their businesses, and get into new homes than any year in our history.

We also led all banks our size in PPP loans for the state of Colorado. For that we won a Governor’s Award, which is nice. But what really matters is the businesses in our community we were able to help through the pandemic.

Most impressively, we were able to accomplish all of this while preparing for a major technology upgrade for 2022. We look forward to unveiling it to you next year.

Although the past year necessitated many changes for all of us, one thing didn’t change: FMS Bank’s commitment to our community, the people in it, and the organizations that serve them. We are proud to work hand-in-hand with so many groups that make Fort Morgan, Greeley, and Northern Colorado a great place to live.

No matter what the new year brings, we will continue to invest in what matters.
