By November 17th, please review your list of subusers within our current online banking system so that you may recreate their online banking access after conversion. Please click on the link below for a guide to managing subusers in our new Online Banking.
Starting 7pm MT today, FMS Bank Online Banking will be unavailable until 8:00am Monday, November 21
You will no longer enter your business ID (also known as your Company User Name) when logging in. Your username and password will be all you need.
Your username will not change. Your temporary password for the first-time login will be your username + the last four digits of your social security number.
For example: tsmith1234. You will be required to change this after your initial login.
Once you log in using your temporary password, you will be prompted to do the following:
1. Change your password
2. Set up security questions
3. Verify your email address
4. Establish your preferred email address and phone number for Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This is an added level of security to protect your online banking access.
5. Accept Terms and Conditions
Once logged in, please verify all your accounts, transfer and bill pay information.
FMS Bank will no longer require the installation of a separate Business app for Android or iPhones for mobile business services.
You may download and install the new app from the app stores on Monday, November 21st.
